(DALLAS) Nov. 7, 2014-Among the nation's largest Christian youth ministry organizations, Teen Mania International announces the return of its world-renowned Acquire the Fire tour, featuring a top-notch artist lineup, including The Afters, Royal Tailor and Rapture Ruckus. The 2015 "Resilient Tour" marks nearly 30 years since the event originated, reaching more than three million youth to date.

One of the oldest and largest events of its kind, Acquire the Fire is a 27-hour, themed Christian conference delivering the Gospel to youth in an immersive and entertaining way. Attendees experience life-changing worship by celebrated Christian artists such as The Afters, Royal Tailor, Rush of Fools, Rapture Ruckus and 7eventhTimeDown as well as challenging messages from dynamic Christian speakers like Teen Mania International Founder/CEO Ron Luce, Mike Guzzardo, Kemtal Glasgow and others.

Additionally, the weekend incorporates powerful, professionally choreographed skits and dramas by the Acquire the Fire drama team. Breakout sessions throughout the event are designed to equip youth pastors, parents and teens alike with tools to revolutionize their life and ministry. This year's theme, "Resilient," will challenge participants to develop an enduring faith, one that perseveres in all circumstances, helping to build their confidence in God even when life doesn't make sense.

Ron Luce comments, "We can't wait to share the message of RESILIENT with today's teens ...we're going to show teens that they don't have to be blown away by life's difficulties and dramas. There's another option through a relationship with Christ; we can become resilient believers. Resilience gives us the ability, as humans, to bounce back from difficult and even horrible experiences. Resilience is the grace to remain strong after going through something that almost breaks you."

The "Resilient Tour" will kick off Jan. 30 in Richmond, Va., visiting close to 30 cities-including major markets Chicago, Cleveland, San Antonio, Minneapolis, Indianapolis, Pittsburgh, Denver, Baltimore, Houston and Phoenix-through late May. About Teen Mania International Since its 1986 inception, Teen Mania International and its partners have been engaged in a passionate battle for the hearts and minds of America's teenagers in a society that has largely turned its back on God and His ways. Teen Mania engages teens through two primary outreach ministries: Acquire the Fire (ATF) youth events and Global Expeditions (GE) mission trips. ATF, to date, has challenged more than three million teens not to settle for the things of this world but to live totally sold out to Jesus. Global Expeditions (GE) has become the worldwide leader in teen missions, taking an unprecedented 76,963 teen missionaries into the mission field, both internationally and domestically. To date, Global Expeditions teen missionaries have led more than 1.3 million men, women and children to Jesus Christ.
